Arqivo Package

PDF when you need it,
structured data when it matters

Complete .arqivo export

A portable package contains the project, items, notes, actions, pins, metadata and original assets. It is designed for backup, transfer and long-term readability.

  • Import it back into Arqivo as a new folder
  • Keep PDF as a client-facing export
  • Keep original files and structured metadata together

Private browser viewer

Open an .arqivo file at arqivo.app/viewer. The browser reads and previews the package locally with File API and Blob URLs. Nothing is uploaded to the server.

Open local viewer

Three steps,
instant result

1

Create the folder

Open Arqivo, enter the client or project name. Takes 5 seconds.

2

Add your materials

Take watermarked photos, scan floor plans, import files, add notes and bring in content from Mail or Notes. Everything stays organised with tags and categories.

3

Export and share

Select items, add your branding, generate the PDF or export a complete .arqivo package for structured archive, import and browser viewing.

Your data stays yours

No external tracking server. Your data is stored locally and can sync or be shared through Apple iCloud/CloudKit when you choose to enable those features.
